With the weather warming up across the Mudgee region, we’re looking forward to a spring/summer line-up of events where outdoor festivities, drinking Mudgee wine in the sunshine & getting amid nature is high on the itinerary. Here’s a list of our favourite events, coming up in the region over the next few months:

Sculptures in the Garden | Rosby Wines | October

Roam Rosby Wines’ stunning grounds, taking in more than 300 sculptures from Mudgee and regional artists. Enjoy a glass of wine while you browse the 2023 entries. A slice of burnt-basque cheesecake is a must!

Farmers Markets | Robertson Park | Third Saturday of every month

An authentic farmer’s market, featuring a variety of stallholders across local produce, flowers, wine, sweet treats & more.

Cox Plate Race Day | Mudgee Racecourse | October 28

Add a little flutter & lots of excitement with a great Cox Plate day. Gates open at 11.30am.

Pups at the Pav | Lowe Wines | October 29

Bring your pups to Lowe Wines for a play! Featuring local dog businesses, games, prizes and Tinja dog treats. There’ll be donation baskets at the event if you’d like to join in helping support great local causes like Mudgee Dog Rescue + Guardian Angels.

Full-moon kayak tour | Dunns Swamp | October 29 |

Experience a unique kayaking adventure with the full-moon tour. Paddle through the serene & captivating waters of Ganguddy-Dunns Swamp under moonlight. Observe the night wildlife as you glide on the Cudgegong River over the moonlit water.

Rylstone Street Feast | Rylstone | November 4

Explore the beautiful Rylstone streets, sampling local food, produce, wine, art & craftwork. Street markets + buskers providing live entertainment.

Winemakers’ Table | Lowe Wines | November 11

A wine dinner party with a difference. A long-table dinner featuring matching wine & food.

Sunset at Steins | Robert Stein Winery | November 24

Unwind, appreciate award-winning wines & snack on a menu from Stein Farm’s Produce food truck, all while being surrounded by the sweet sounds of local musicians!
