Evamor Valley, Mudgee’s premier luxury eco-glamping accommodation, has celebrated its third consecutive finalist nomination at the 2024 NSW Tourism Awards.
Owner Charmaine Hurrell and daughter Morgan attended the official award ceremony in Sydney on November 28, along with a who’s who of the NSW tourism industry.
This year was Evamor Valley’s third showing in the annual NSW Tourism Awards, having received a bronze medal in 2022 in the New Tourism Business category and a silver in 2023 in the Unique Accommodation category.
Charmaine said this year’s finalist nomination was a fantastic way to cap off a stellar year.
“It’s wonderful to be recognised by the NSW Tourism industry as one of the leading accommodation providers in the state. Like many sectors, tourism has taken a hit over the past 12 months, as a direct result of the national cost-of-living crisis. So, to be acknowledged for our efforts, particularly in a tough market, is reward enough for us,” she said.
“This year, we really dedicate our nomination to our guests. We have had so many incredible guests over the past three years, including many who have stayed at Evamor Valley several times. The feedback we receive from every guest is overwhelming – from our outstanding service to our beautiful property and tents, the five-star feedback we receive is truly the best part of running a small business.”
